Mr. Laforme is a recent graduate of the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Nick began working as an analyst in the Tampa/Clearwater office of Premier Appraisals in 2022. In this role, Nick assists licensed professionals in administrative and research duties, including researching site, improvement, national, regional, and neighborhood demographic and other data for appraisals involving all commercial property types.
