Mr. Vegliacich has been actively providing consulting, valuation, and other real estate-related assistance to developers, owners, management companies, investors, and lenders since 2007. Mr. Vegliacich began his career as an analyst at RERC Hospitality in Mobile, AL. Upon attaining the education and experience required to become a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Alabama, Mr. Vegliacich became Senior Vice President of RERC Hospitality’s Gulf Coast operations in Mobile, Alabama. RERC Hospitality’s Gulf Coast operations later merged with Grubb & Ellis Landauer in July 2011, where Mr. Vegliacich joined as a Senior Appraiser. Mr. Vegliacich performed the duties of a Senior Appraiser at Grubb & Ellis Landauer until forming Premier Appraisals, LLC, where he currently serves as Executive Managing Director. Premier Appraisals, LLC performs studies and appraisals involving all commercial property types, including hotels, resorts, regional and super-regional malls, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial developments, apartment projects, and residential and commercial subdivisions. Mr. Vegliacich’s commercial appraisal experience includes assignments in most major U.S. markets, including Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Ft. Lauderdale, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Memphis, New York (Manhattan), Oklahoma City, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, San Diego, Scottsdale, Tampa, Tempe, Tucson, and Washington, D.C.

LEADERSHIP/ TEACHING
Mr. Vegliacich has given presentations and led discussions on Discounted Cash Flow analysis at the University of South Alabama. His lectures inform students about the appraisal industry and how the principles of finance are utilized in commercial real estate valuation services. Mr. Vegliacich has also represented the Alabama Chapter of the Appraisal Institute at the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE) student outreach program on “Careers in Real Estate” at the University of South Alabama.
Mr. Vegliacich also employs an internship program at Premier Appraisals, providing students an opportunity to learn about the appraisal industry while gaining real-world experience in real estate. Interns are trained in data collection, taught to research appraisal data, and taken on site inspections to get a hands-on learning experience.
