Mr. Vegliacich has been actively providing consulting, valuation, and other real estate-related assistance to developers, owners, management companies, investors, and lenders since 2007, when he began his career as an analyst at RERC Hospitality in Mobile, AL. Upon attaining the education and experience required to become a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Alabama, Mr. Vegliacich became Senior Vice President of RERC Hospitality’s Gulf Coast operations in Mobile, Alabama. RERC Hospitality’s Gulf Coast operations later merged with Grubb & Ellis Landauer in July 2011, where Mr. Vegliacich joined as a Senior Appraiser. Mr. Vegliacich performed the duties of a Senior Appraiser at Grubb & Ellis Landauer until forming Premier Appraisals, LLC, where he currently serves as Executive Managing Director. Premier Appraisals, LLC performs studies and appraisals involving all commercial property types, including hotels, resorts, regional and super-regional malls, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial developments, apartment projects, and residential and commercial subdivisions. Mr. Vegliacich’s commercial appraisal experience includes assignments in most major U.S. markets, including Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Ft. Lauderdale, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Memphis, New York (Manhattan), Oklahoma City, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, San Diego, Scottsdale, Tampa, Tempe, Tucson, and Washington, D.C.

LEADERSHIP/ TEACHING

Mr. Vegliacich has given presentations and led discussions on Discounted Cash Flow analysis at the University of South Alabama. His lectures inform students about the appraisal industry and how the principles of finance are utilized in commercial real estate valuation services. Mr. Vegliacich has also represented the Alabama Chapter of the Appraisal Institute at the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE) student outreach program on “Careers in Real Estate” at the University of South Alabama.

Mr. Vegliacich also employs an internship program at Premier Appraisals, providing students an opportunity to learn about the appraisal industry while gaining real-world experience in real estate. Interns are trained in data collection, taught to research appraisal data, and taken on site inspections to get a hands-on learning experience.

Mr. Campbell’s professional career started in banking in the credit department at The First, ANBA in Hattiesburg, MS, where he analyzed individual and company financial statements to determine credit risks and creditworthiness. This role gave Campbell an introduction to real estate as most loans were secured by commercial real estate. He also prepared credit proposals to the Senior Loan Committees for approval and had exposure to the monthly Allowance for Loan Losses modeling which the bank used to allocate a reserve fund for predicted loan losses. After two years in this role, Campbell was offered a promotion to the internal appraisal department of the bank where duties were initially administrative in facilitating and coordinating appraisal orders, then evolved into reviewing residential and commercial reports for accuracy and compliance. In this role Campbell also completed internal real estate evaluations for residential and various commercial property types that met certain criteria to qualify for an in-house evaluation. This exposure to the appraisal field is what drove Campbell to eventually pursue a career in real estate valuation. Upon moving to Mobile, AL Campbell joined First Community Bank until a merger in 2018 when he was given an opportunity to serve as a Credit Analyst Officer for Community Bank of Mississippi. In 2019, Campbell became a residential real estate appraiser trainee at WAIV Valuation, Inc. in Fairhope, AL, where he completed appraisal coursework and completed inspections and reports for various property types of residential real estate including single family dwellings, townhomes, condominiums, and 2-4 unit family dwellings. The clients consisted of financial institutions, developers, investors, real estate professionals and estates. Campbell also completed review work which allowed me to gain knowledge of peer standards and experience. In 2023 Campbell joined Premier Appraisals where he leads residential valuation services and is working toward his Certified General Real Property Appraisal license.

CERTIFICATIONS

Mr. Campbell is currently licensed as a Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser in Alabama. Mr. Campbell is actively working toward his Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License.

Mr. Hutto started his real estate appraiser career at Premier Appraisals in Mobile, Alabama, where he has achieved his Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license and performs all duties of a staff appraiser while growing his client base and education transcript as an integral part of the Mobile office. Alex has worked alongside MAI certified appraisers and trained other staff on the appraisal process for clients consisting of regional banks, developers, investors, and other real estate professionals.

Mr. Laforme began working as an analyst at Premier Appraisals – Tampa in 2022 after graduating from the University of Central Florida. In this role, Nick assisted in administrative and research duties, including researching site, improvement, national, regional, and neighborhood demographic and other data for appraisals involving all commercial property types. Laforme obtained his Real Property Appraiser Trainee license in 2025 and continues to progress toward his Certified General license. Laforme performs evaluations and appraisals of all commercial property types throughout central and southern Florida.

Mr. Stoutamire has been actively providing consulting, valuation, and other real estate-related assistance to developers, owners, management companies, investors, and lenders since 2002. Mr. Stoutamire began his career as an analyst at Quentin Ball Appraisal Co. in Atlanta, GA where he spent eight years, departing as a Senior Appraiser in 2009 to start his own company. He spent the next five years providing appraisal and consulting services to various lenders and working as a subcontractor for several area appraisers before joining Premier Appraisals as Director in 2014. Mr. Stoutamire has experience with a wide range of property types, including anchored and unanchored retail space, retail condominiums, restaurants, car washes, convenience stores, daycare centers, veterinary clinics, offices, medical offices, office condominiums, banks, hotels, motels, religious facilities, distribution warehouses, mini warehouses, refrigerated warehouses, manufacturing facilities, truck terminals, golf courses, apartment complexes, billboards, special use facilities, subdivisions and various types of vacant land.  He is also experienced as an expert witness.
