Mr. Stoutamire has been actively providing consulting, valuation, and other real estate-related assistance to developers, owners, management companies, investors, and lenders since 2002. Mr. Stoutamire began his career as an analyst at Quentin Ball Appraisal Co. in Atlanta, GA where he spent eight years, departing as a Senior Appraiser in 2009 to start his own company. He spent the next five years providing appraisal and consulting services to various lenders and working as a subcontractor for several area appraisers before joining Premier Appraisals as Director in 2014. Mr. Stoutamire has experience with a wide range of property types, including anchored and unanchored retail space, retail condominiums, restaurants, car washes, convenience stores, daycare centers, veterinary clinics, offices, medical offices, office condominiums, banks, hotels, motels, religious facilities, distribution warehouses, mini warehouses, refrigerated warehouses, manufacturing facilities, truck terminals, golf courses, apartment complexes, billboards, special use facilities, subdivisions and various types of vacant land.  He is also experienced as an expert witness. Mr. Stoutamire’s commercial appraisal experience includes assignments in several major U.S. markets, including Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, Cleveland, Gulfport-Biloxi, Jacksonville, Miami, Mobile, New York, Newark, Orlando, Seattle, and Tampa.


Mr. Stoutamire is currently an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the following states:
