Mr. Burdette has been actively providing consulting, valuation, and other real estate-related assistance to developers, owners, management companies, investors, and lenders since 2011. Mr. Burdette started his career in real estate at Longleaf Development Company, where he assisted in the development of communities in Central Florida that were constructed according to the guidelines of New Urbanism methodology. His responsibilities included research, relationship management with builders, and negotiating community design with local planning officials. 

Burdette joined Salus Valuation Group as a trainee appraiser in 2011. At Salus, Mr. Burdette specialized in the going-concern appraisal of healthcare facilities such as assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, surgery centers, continuing care facilities, and medical offices nationwide. The going concern value includes the appraisal of the real estate, business enterprise value, and the equipment used to operate the business.

In the spring of 2012, Mr. Burdette, joined Heron Valuation Group. During his tenure at Heron Valuation Group, Mr. Burdette specialized in the appraisal of senior housing facilities, medical offices, and surgery centers. Mr. Burdette also gained extensive experience in the appraisal of raw land, retail properties, office complexes, industrial facilities, multi-family housing, hotels, residential subdivisions, funeral homes, churches, and other special use buildings. Mr. Burdette also conducted market studies for senior housing and multifamily housing and assisted his clients with their decision making process.

Today as the Gulf Coast Director for Premier Appraisals, Mr. Burdette oversees the appraisal process for all commercial property types within the Gulf Coast region, which spans from Texas to the  Florida Panhandle.

EDUCATION
