Mr. Wiggins started his real estate appraiser career at Premier Appraisals in Mobile, Alabama. His role at Premier Appraisals, as an appraiser trainee, entails shadowing his mentor, Joey Vegliacich, MAI, AI-GRS. Through his mentorship, Brayden has acquired valuable appraisal & valuation experience with all approaches (income, market, & cost). As a trainee, Brayden has worked alongside MAI certified appraisers & observed the appraisal process preformed at the highest participating level for clients consisting of regional banks, developers, investors, & real estate professionals.

 

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS/ CERTIFICATIONS

Mr. Wiggins is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute, and is currently licensed as a Trainee Real Property Appraiser in Alabama. Mr. Wiggins’ mentor is Joey Vegliacich, MAI, AI-GRS. Brayden is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Alabama and is an agent of Premier Real Estate Company, LLC in Mobile, AL.
